He also owes to me and another woman.. I do not want to have my income taz taken at the end of the year i have kids to support still. Has anyone been in this situation?
I want SOMEONE that know for sure to answer this question. I have had to many different answer. FOR SURE will I be held resposbile for the money he owes ME! That is where the different opinions have came in. Would I be paying the money that he owes to me, not another woman…me!

4. My ex is about $22,000 in debt to child support. We were divorced in Idaho (where I live), and he lives in Colorado. I have been dealing with Child Support Enforcement for the longest time and they just don’t seem to move much. He does currently have a suspended drivers license, but that is it.
